Message and chassis bracing before upgrading suspension components. Most people choose to upgrade their shocks and springs first because they replace worn stock units, while suspension hard parts really don't require replacement (unless your car is lowered significantly). As for springs, it doesn't matter that you are getting wheels, but you should compare the price of stock springs vs. Eibachs (I'm pretty sure that SPL has the best price on Eibachs), especially considering the performance advantage.
